Asian Turkey Slider

Ingredients

1 package JENNIE-O® Turkey Pot Roast

1½ teaspoons prepared wasabi

12 small buns, cut in half

1 (10-ounce) package broccoli slaw mix

2 tablespoons coleslaw dressing

12 cherry tomatoes, if desired

Directions

Shred turkey pot roast. Spread wasabi on buns. In medium bowl, combine broccoli slaw mix and dressing, tossing to coat.

Place heaping tablespoon of shredded turkey on bottom bun. Top with slaw mix and replace top of bun. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, if desired.
