Caprese Salad with Italian Style Turkey

Ingredients

2 tomatoes, sliced

4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

4 ounces JENNIE-O® sliced Italian Style Roasted Garlic Turkey Breast, halved

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar

basil leaves

salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired

Directions

Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and turkey on a platter. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with leaves and salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
