Ingredients

½ (24-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Fully Cooked Home Style Turkey Meatballs

12 small lettuce leaves

1 small cucumber, sliced

½ cup shredded carrot

⅓ cup thinly sliced green onion

cilantro leaves, if desired

hoisin sauce, if desired

Directions

Cook the meatballs as specified on the package.

Place meatballs in lettuce leaves. Top with cucumber, carrot, green onion and cilantro leaves, if desired. Drizzle with warm hoisin sauce, if desired.
