Turkey, Broccoli and Almond Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra LeanTurkey Breast Tenderloins, cut into bite-size pieces

½ cup low-sodium chicken broth

2 tablespoons dry sherry

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

½ teaspoon ginger, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

8 ounces broccoli florets

¼ cup chopped garlic chives

⅓ cup almonds, toasted

rice, if desired

Directions

Cook the turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by meat thermometer.

In medium bowl, combine broth, sherry, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside.

Heat wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry 1 minute or until fragrant. Add broccoli, chives, turkey and sauce mixture. Stir-fry 2 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Stir in almonds. Serve over rice, if desired.

Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
