How to do it
Repeat this workout three times a week to make the most of its fat-burning potential. The exercises are grouped in pairs and you need to perform three sets of each pair, alternating between the two moves, before moving on to the next. Remember to warm up before each workout and take some time to cool down at the end.
Levels
Beginner: 30 seconds each exercise
