Ingredients
1½ teaspoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
¾ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
3 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
⅓ cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
15-ounces JENNIE-O® All Natural Tender Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli
Directions
In skillet, heat oil. Add shallots and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until soft. Add thyme. Stir in blueberries, vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut turkey into approximately 2½ x ¾-inch strips. To serve, dip turkey strips into blueberry mixture.
